These terms cover the Dubai Property Snagging staff app. By signing in you accept them.

Who may use it

The app is for current staff and contractors of Dubai Property Snagging. Accounts are issued by a company administrator; there is no public sign-up. Your account is personal — do not share your password or let anyone else use your sign-in.

What you agree to

• Record vehicle costs and float spending honestly and promptly.
• Keep your password private and change it if you think somebody knows it.
• Use the app only for company work.
• Not attempt to access other people’s data, interfere with the service, or copy data out of it except for company purposes.

Company money

A cash float issued through the app remains company money. It is for approved work expenses only, and you may be asked for receipts. Entries you record are the company’s record of that spending.

Notifications

Alerts are optional and switched on per device. They include shift and inspection reminders, vehicle service reminders and messages from management. You can switch them off at any time in the app or in your device settings.

Availability

The app is provided as it is, for internal use. The company does not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and may change or withdraw features. It is a record-keeping tool: it does not replace your own judgement about vehicle safety or site safety.

Ending access

The company may suspend or remove an account at any time, and will do so when someone leaves. Records already entered stay in the company’s books.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
